Our participants were mostly American (from 48 states) with international participation from Great Britain, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, New Zealand, Sweden, and Israel.

The ages of participants ranged from 11 to 72 years old, with a mean age of 31.2 years old and a standard deviation of 12.3 years, which means that 68.2% of participants had ages between 18.9 and 43.5 years.
